No tiered pricing.
No credit card required to create an account.

Simple pricing model. Transparent fees.
In a world of rising costs, we chose to lower ours.
We slashed our processing fees from 3.99% to 1.99% for automated invoices and 1% for manual invoices, and gave you the tools to build those processing fees into your rates or transparently pass them on to the clients.
We want to protect your bottom line, not drain it. That's why our fees are among the industry's lowest — directly comparable to QuickBooks processing fees.
No surprises. Just incredibly fair, transparent pricing.
No Pricing Tiers. No Paywall.

About HayNet
The idea of HayNet first came about in 2019 when co-founder Brenda Cook, who as a client, noticed that the horse industry was in dire need of a better way to manage the administrative side of running a boarding and training facility--especially when it came to scheduling lessons and training with clients, and managing billing and payments. Frustrated by how difficult simple tasks could often end up being and noticing how desperately facility owners/managers needed better tools at their disposal, she decided to leverage her background in software engineering and development to create a better solution for everyone. With the help of her partner, co-founder Chris Jenkins, HayNet was born just in time to test the newly built scheduling feature under extremely unexpected circumstances, a global pandemic. While not the original intention, during this time, the scheduling feature allowed barns to enforce capacity control through HayNet's optional settings for group size limits and a global capacity limit among all scheduled events. These features allowed barns to continue to operate safely and within the guidelines of their local governments.
The road to now hasn't been an easy one and setbacks put the development of HayNet on hold for awhile. However, development has resumed and we couldn't be more excited to continue to build out HayNet and make it the best tool for barns and trainers to manage their businesses. We are so excited to be able to share HayNet with you and hope that you will find it as useful as we do.
