How it works
Two pillars. Three bridges. Start on either side.
The Business Finance Suite and the Operations Tools each work on their own. Scheduling, tasks and subscriptions carry the work between them, so a barn that uses both never has to carry anything over or enter anything twice.
Where the barn and the books meet
Use the Finance Suite or Operations Tools individually, or experience the power of both. Strong enough to stand alone, but are even better together.

The three bridges
Where the barn's day becomes the business's numbers
1 · Scheduling
A booking becomes a charge and a record
An Event Product template carries the rules and the price. When the event is completed and finalized, the charge accrues on the client's draft invoice and the event becomes part of the horse's and rider's historical record. Two outputs, side by side; neither is copied from the other.
*Billing can always be done manually without using the schedule
2 · Tasks & Notes
The day's work, tied to the horses it was for
Tasks and notes are linked to horses, events and people; completable with subtasks and activity tracking. Every completed task becomes searchable history on the horse or client, just as every calendar entry does. Nothing is entered twice. Billable tasks are coming soon!
3 · Subscriptions
Board, packages and products renew onto the invoice
Board with add-ons, prepaid packages and any other recurring service products are set up on the operations side. Each cycle, renewals happen automatically.
Start where you are
Three ways barns begin
Finance first
Move invoicing and payments over this month. Keep your whiteboard for now. Many barns run this way for a long time.
Business Finance SuiteOperations first
Put the schedule, horses, feed and to-do lists in one place. Bill however you bill today.
Operations ToolsBoth
Set up your board, packages, recurring, and schedule-based products and let the system automate your invoices. This is where HayNet does the most for you. Break the cycle of end-of-month tallying and late invoicing.
